Privacy Policy
Your information.
Handled with care.
How Mirror Talent Group LLC handles contact information, hiring details, and career information shared through recruitment inquiries.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy covers MirrorTalentGroup.com and recruitment inquiries to Mirror Talent Group LLC. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to leah@mirrortalentgroup.com.
Information you choose to share
Our forms request your name, email address, message, inquiry topic or hiring details, and consent. Employer inquiries also request a company name, the role being recruited, and industry. Phone numbers and role-location details are optional.
Candidates may choose to share employment history, qualifications, career preferences, location, and availability in a message or resume. Resumes are shared by email, not uploaded through this website. An email may also include its subject, sender details, and attachments.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. The website does not request these details.
Website form handling and email
The design preview does not send, store, or email form entries. When the website is deployed to Netlify with form detection enabled, Netlify processes and stores submitted entries in the site owner’s forms dashboard and applies spam filtering. Separately configured notifications may forward submissions to a designated business email address. A form confirmation does not itself establish that an email notification was delivered.
Emails and resumes sent directly to leah@mirrortalentgroup.com are handled by the email service providers used by Mirror and the sender. Sending a resume requires you to attach it and send the message through your own email service.
How information is used
Inquiry information supports responses about hiring needs or career interests, assessment of potential role alignment, and requested recruitment activities. The required form consent covers processing your inquiry and contacting you about it. It is not consent to unrelated marketing or automated marketing text messages.
Introducing yourself does not guarantee a job, interview, or placement and does not create an application to an unadvertised vacancy.
Service providers and recruitment sharing
When configured for live hosting, Netlify handles website delivery and form processing under its terms and privacy practices. Email providers process direct correspondence and any configured notifications. Provider processing locations and practices are governed by their respective policies. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
For a potential recruitment opportunity, we may ask for your permission to share relevant candidate details with a prospective employer. Any sharing should reflect the permissions agreed with you and applicable legal obligations. Resumes are not published on this website. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to address lawful security concerns.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting and email providers may process technical details such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and spam-detection signals to operate and secure their services. The website code does not include advertising trackers, optional analytics, embedded third-party media, or nonessential cookies. Fonts and images are bundled with the site.
Retention and privacy requests
The website code does not set an automatic deletion schedule for form entries, emails, or resumes. These records are managed through the business’s hosting and email services. Retention depends on the inquiry or recruitment purpose, business record-management practices, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for information about the retention of your records.
You may email leah@mirrortalentgroup.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw consent to further recruitment-related contact. We will review the request and any verification or legal-retention requirements. Available rights and responses depend on applicable law. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial request.
Security and external links
No online transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Email services and external websites have their own privacy and security practices. HTTPS must be active on the live hosting domain.
Children’s information
This website is intended for employers and people exploring employment opportunities, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has shared personal information through an inquiry.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the website or business practices change. The date above identifies this version.
